In this episode of 'Germany in the 1960s' we meet Drunk Girl (or DG, as her friends call her). DG insists on being the life of the party, even if it means breaking her necklace. But every morning after the party, DG sits and wonders what's really the meaning of it all?
I really like the white dress that the girl's wearing in DG's Broken Necklace picture. It has a rather interesting arched-empire-waist thing happening. Here's a few more photos of it. lol: See if you can spot part of Attention Wh*re DG in both of the photos)

Thanks for posting more photos Kessler! It's funny seeing the difference between the two. If I was anybody in the mom-n-friends photo, I could look back and think I was cool...but the ladies on your dad's side...a little too funky of fashions! Especially the matching hair-dos on your grandma and great-grandma? Lucky guys - can't go too wrong with a suit! ninja: unless, of course, you add a pink ruffly shirt...). I do like the subtle details on your dad's suit - the row of black buttons down the front and the red pocket-square.
The shoes are the best part of this outfit (click to enlarge, per usual)
(I love b&w photos, but I really feel like we're really missing out not having the color combos!)
I love all of these skirt-shirt-belt combos. Very do-able today. (Does the skirt look a bit high-waisted to you? Kind of hard to tell with the photo, but it looks like it ends an inch or so above the belt area)
