Agreed! Love their work in Pop in the early 2010’s especially!Never understood why Sean and Seng didn’t take off, I’ve always enjoyed their work a lot and it is very polished in a good way.
The setting is fake, it’s in studio! 🙂The styling is weird and the setting looks very fake... I prefer the POP cover story that Liu Wen shot by Sean Seng actually.

I agree somewhat, but also M&M and I&V in their beginnings were not that great and polished, but very creative indeed. S&S had a great start, without even looking up anything I can clearly remember their images with Anna Ewers + her wet saliva lips, Stoya naked for POP and Lana with the bee on her lip. I do disagree that they are not creative enough, but I would rather say they just hit the wrong vibe and the wrong time. There is no theatrics and energy that is Carlijn, Roe, Johnny Dufort and whatever else.Although they’re more or less a more commercial but lesser version of Mert & Marcus/I&V/Bruce Weber
