I don't think Kim K was supposed to be on their cover this month. Margaret has been eyeing on Liu Wen as her final cover girl since February. I don't think she's got other options.

according to Red, it's a 10 pages zine, being sold separately it's a different project

Whats is photovogue?

PhotoVogue is a database for images that are not published in the pages of Vogue magazine. Currently, PhotoVogue is conducting a worldwide talent scouting on Instagram. However, China is not included in this initiative because most people there do not have access to Instagram. Margaret wants to include China in the search for new photographers and talents, so she published a special issue to inform and involve more Chinese photographers.
