She looks horrible there, IMO. I don't understand how she can go between such extremes, either looking very nice or looking like some sort of deformed bird. Maybe its her hair.

Anyway I don't think her and her sister look that much alike. Who is the dress by on the cover? Not sure what it looked like on the runway but from this angle it looks very prom-y....
