Joan's cover shot totally trumps the entire story, which is very tedious. She looks breathtaking on the cover and I love all the elements to it. The darkness isn't even bothering me with it being a fresh-start January cover - just in love with this cover shot.

Elisabeth's editorial is nice, I admire the achievable styling but the rest of the issue has fallen flat. Thanks to Mat Cyruss for the HQ's.
