how else would we have scans if the magazine wasnt out somewhere?

They're not scans from readers, but digital photos that the photographer send to the model's agencies and scans from original photos at agencies. Alle the photos that have been published here so far are from models' online portfolios.

^Yes I know...but obviously the magazine is out because...

1. How do you think agencies put the images in the models portfolio and online website? They scan it from the magazine itself!

2. Even if the photographer sends the images to the agency, they are not allowed to do so until the image is published. Photographers are actually extremely fussy about making sure the image does not get out before the magazine is published itself.

dont like the makeup, or photoshopped eyes. and her hand should have gone over the VOGUE title because the photoshop overlay is distracting.

^I agree on the first part, but I do love the text overlay -- it gives a ghost-like feel to Denisa's presence, almost as if she's a lost spirit floating in the bathtub because she doesn't know where else to go (And rehab/cleansing may potentially give her direction).

^ The scan looks not as good as the preview covers, I'd say... I hope the editorial goes up on the style.it site soon though.

Sort of OT, but it's like this with Vogue Italia all the time lately...

A good week can pass before any info surfaces, and then it's usually a review by maya from iconography...

Heaven knows we're spoiled crazy with quick info, but it doesn't take that long to do a review, or, if you have a scanner, make a few previews...

So I just want to say that I really hope people aren't hesitant to post previews or comments because they feel everyone's "expecting" full scans. Beacuse that's obviously NOT the case. Or should never be, anyway...

Not really. That's why I said it was OT, since we already got a review for this issue...

I was talking in general terms, wondering why we rarely get quick reviews of Vogue Italia like with most other mags...

I'd love to hear people's comments on this issue, though, or get a few previews.

I still don't understand why the editorial isn't up on style.it yet.
