i flipped kinda fast through the issue and really only paid attention to the ed since i don't speak italian but i didn't see any dedication to or mention of heather... i might be mistaken though

Both State of Emergency and The Couturettes are amazing. The State of Emergency ed is voraciously Newtoneque, although slightly less glorifying women of course. Pretty rampant domination style, like every sadists dream scenario of a police state. Iselin is the quintessential Newton model, will she really get away this soon? And then, couturettes comes from a very different vein, the art nouveau poster references are great.
