Vogue Italia September 2012 : Carolyn Murphy by Steven Meisel

I really like the main ed. Creepy yet well done.

The cover doesn`t live up to it though

Amazing issue:woot:, besides the main edit which is too creepy for me the rest are fab. Cant wait to see shot of the Dolce edit in Hq, I love that collection:heart:, and Enikos is also amazingly done hauntingly beautifui. Patricias edit looks good too, love the McQueen shot:flower:

Are these part of the editorial too?

^ Models don't usually direct themselves though...

So I guess Eniko's "director" is the same in every single shooting she makes.
Doesn't matter who directs them, they must be able to show versatility. That's their work after all.

I don't understand how Eniko isn't versatile? I find she can express many poses and emotions and that editorial is by far a great example of how amazing Eniko is as a model.

Not if the photographer directs them to pose and present "emotions" in a specific way. Yeah, models are supposed to show versatility but one shot isn't going to have them goofing off like a clown, the next one of them sad, and then the next one of them with a "come hither" look. It's not like this is America's Next Top Model.

Models develop certain niches and I think Eniko is very good a fulfilling her niche and that's clearly what photographers want and ask for when they book her.

Ok.
But for me she's a boring and not versatile model, sorry.

Well, that video made me not want to sleep for a week:shock: it was really scary but I strangely liked it. Can't wait to pick up this issue

Milla wears couture brilliantly:D, love the whole edit esp the shot in the white Chanel cape, she looks beautifully wicked:heart:

Milla & Lindbergh's ed is FANTASTIC, probably my favorite VI ed in a long time.
