Almost didn't recognize Iselin, and thought it was Elsa Pataky upon first glance! Very 80s indeed as many have pointed out, very Princess Diana on the ski slopes in Austria too and can't say I totally loathe it (seriously, I'm weak when it comes to Vogue Paris and everything 80s inspired).

Must admit that I cannot wait to see more of Iselin's new haircut!

Clearly the TFSers have much higher standards. ink:
I like the photo: she looks relaxed, her smile is natural, nothing fake or photoshoppy.
I just don't know how impactful this would be on the newsstand. But I don't know if editors even try to attract new readers anymore.

Instead of a recreation of the past, it would have been better to reinterpret it. Jansson maybe instead of Sims...

It’s a wonderful candid, behind the scene snapshot of a gorgeous woman.

Just not strong for an VP cover. It’s not up to the standard of what I’d expect from Emmanuelle for the cover of one of the last directional Vogues that’s dedicated to high fashion presentation-- and stooping to insta-level of cheapness. And for a month that’s the lead up to the ultimate issue of the year, this just feels so throwaway, and a totally wasted opportunity.

Awful cover. That style should have stayed buried in the 80’s with a massive stone on top. Don’t like her smile also.
