I do not like Anja in the first place so I could give a rat's behind about the cover, but it is indeed boring.

Excited to see Sasha's Bruce Weber ed, looks lovely. B)

The only reminiscence of Vogue Nippon could be the white background but, again, it's not the first time VP does this and it suits the topic as much as Anja. Then for the expectation, I'm not Anja's biggest fan so I wasn't expecting more than that (and I wasn't thrilled by Anja by I&V either, my all-time favorite pieces of her portfolio are by Camila Akrans). So, I'm not disappointed and just consider it as a very honest-looking VP cover

The cover looks lovely in HQ... The styling is boring, but I like the make up and Anja looks fantastic.

I swear its that stupid white background that makes the cover so dull, if it were something else it would add such dynamic to the cover.

The editorial on the other hand is fierce. Anja completely outshined Natasha IMO but they both look fantastic, I just perfer Anja in this ed. Also, can I say that Anja legs are just to die for
