I think thats the purpose of the shoot, it is showcasing
the Fall collections and thus the name 100% Fashion

I dont belive that for one second, if that was the case then they could have used mannequin's instead of models.Its their job to make the clothes look good,ugh i just hate the model's casted there, they ruin the clothes for me.

Yeah I understand what u mean, but they were to use mannequins instead
of human models, it would make the spread even less appealing

I personally enjoy the styling though not so keen on some shots, but I understand this spread
is more of a showcase than the usual stories we see in W, so I think it's ok.

It looks better in HQ...but it baffles me why you'd hire a top girl like Jourdan and use her in one shot that is plain idiotic

I really think the point was to showcase the collections. Not the new faces.
This whole hype of them using so many new faces is just a way to get the issue to sell
more.

what is with the hair? i agree, the styling is a bit much, nothing makes sense really. but i just adore the group shot of the girls in mostly lanvin.

For me, this whole issue is "good ideas gone bad" because I can see they've tried to use a new actress for the cover, and a long list of fresh models - but there's no life in any of it. I can't get excited over a list of names, when the actual images are so mystifyingly lacklustre.

I agree that in some shots some girls are looking very weak. But overall I like the eds. I especially like the big group shots.

unfortunately some of them probably aren't that much better than the snaps taken by Bert due to W's unnecessarily big freakin pages !!! which aren't conducive to scanning -- or favorable to the environment, for that matter.

Exactly! Thanks for sympathizing with me I had to finally give up on getting the scans just right, but it really is a beautiful editorial.

I'm currently doing an assignment where I have to make my own magazine.
I would have loved to use that edit displaying the Fall Collections.
Anybody know where I can get good quality images?
