One possibility is "paper shop" i think that's a good name. what do you think?

Paper Shop is great! It could be associated with Paper Denim and Cloth.

Walter is a nice name but you could run into trouble when you go international, after all Walter van Beirendonck has established the name 'Walter' on a lot of clothes.
