Wang Wen Qing is with MC2 models New York for like ages. MC2 credits her as Anna Wang. Again... why MC2??!! these girls need to find themselves big name agencies.

Agreed! and why all these totally unnecesary Western name changes!? The Asian girls that are succesful all have their own name...Ai, Han, Hye, Du, An, Daul, Won, Pei (ok she's Emma sometimes)...whoever. Qing is such a gorgeous first name, she should just stick with it! How cool is Qing for a name

Anna was recruited in early 2000s to Paris and have had minor success there, not because she's not beautiful but the Western market was not ready for a beautiful non-ugly Asian face. She stands out more than Du Juan on the first China Vogue cover, but during that time she became pregnant and took time off, it was during that time that Du Juan took off, right place at the right time.

I just noticed that she looks similar to Mo Wandan. In fact Anna's features are more southern Chinese than northern Chinese, i.e., the eyes, and the softness of the features. She and Mo should be doing editorials together because they compliment one another. Oh I think Mo is doing the July or August cover of China Vogue but don't quote me on that.

^Early 2002 she was taken to Paris by a modeling Svengali and was chosen out of 400 models to catwalk for Armani's spring collection. She still reached supermodel status in China, but I don't think she had the drive or the right help to make it big globally.

Models.com is featuring Anna Wang as model Of The Moment. It goes on to say she is with MC2 and is a "newcomer" even though she's been modeling since the early 2000s. Anna will be shooting a Maybelline campaign too. She look's like Mo Wandan's big sister.
