Does anyone know who designed the dress on this picture of Anna May Wong? I recall reading about a designer in that era who made similar dramatic gowns, but I can't remember his name.

I believe it's John Galliano for Dior. I know she is dead, but maybe whoever made that picture just drew her in that dress. I believe it's from '98, one of his very 1st collections for Dior

I recognize all of the clothes in this video but I can't think who designed them, (I know V&R did the chain dress), especially the plastic nude-colour dress she's wearing in the kitchen - I want to say McQueen!! And I want to say Cavalli for the big draped cowboy hat things at the end?? Help?

The black & white suit at 4:31 is Thierry Mugler SS 1998 Haute Couture.
The crime scene swimsuit and at 4:11 is custom made by Brian Lichtenberg.
The draped cowboy hat things "were custom made exclusively for the video and belong to Emilie Pirlot “Mysterious Wonderland” collection".
Beyonce's flag dress at 8:11 is by OLIMA. Gaga's "was crafted by Haus of Gaga and the metallic thigh high boots are from Christian Louboutin Fifre serie."
