Thanks, since I've relocated my computer into my bedroom for the day, I decided to get a picture. Not the chandelier itself, since it's still in the box. Here's the lamp though, which is still pretty nice.

Today I got my self something nice for graduation

I allready have a beautiful vintage dress that I'm fixing

I baught really simple orange high heeled shoes from Bianco that matches the dress perfectly (looked all over the net for an image of the shoes, I can only find shoes from the new collection, nothing from older ones)

I got an orange shawl

And an orange top so I can use the shoes and shawl with something else than just the dress

the third Gossip Girl book (All I Want Is Everything). I read the first one in three hours on Saturday, the second one took me about a day (started last night, finsihed today during school), and I just had to have more so I went out and bought the third one. My goal is to be on the 5th (the one that just came out) one by next week so I can be prepared for the next to come out, and wont have to play catch up again.

A vintage Italian dress... kind of Pucci-like maybe... I don't know, but its cute and fits like a dream

T-shirts:
3 yellow - one with naked sumo wrestlers on it, the other not so cute
2 red, 2 black, 2 turquoise, 2 beige/tan.... all with some random funny decal on them (I'm trying the reconstructed clothing thing...)

a bunch of good books for about 75c each... Catcher in the Rye, Bleak House, The Sound and the Fury and The Count of Monte Cristo. if I am going to waste my summer away by the beach then I shouldnt let my brain go at the same time

Also wandered upon a pair of Halston sunglasses that I had to have. so cute!

so for prom the theme is old hollywood so my date and i went to this costume shop and tried on stuff. we realized that the rentals were about 150 bucks. just for a suit! so after an hour we decided screw this and went to the thrift stores where i bought not one but TWO suits for total of 15 dollars.

a nice navy pinstripe that fits me very well

this is actually blue. believe it.

the other one is a tux, shiny lapels and all. anyways. i have trouble finding blazers that fit and this one was nice but the sleeves are a little short because i have long arms but i want to get a long shirt and roll up the cuffs and get cufflinks. awesome. oh yeah and the pants, with shiny lines down the side, are a little small. maybe i can bet them altered. something. readjust the hem.

OH YEAH. and we're trying to do this whole 40's glam thing i guess. or a 20's gangster thing. but at the costume place i told caitlin we should get her a fur wrap like the louis vuitton ones this season and we found one
