Perhaps a bit boring. But a wide toothed comb to comb my hair after a shower.
I never did this before, leaving my hair to tangle but it has really helped my hair to look a lot healthier (although a part of that must be credited to some recent new shampoo and conditioner buys)

I do this too! I have a comb with a hook that goes on my shower handle. It's great because I don't normally brush my hair, but combing it wet with the conditioner in makes it easier to detangle and is much gentler!
