i have to say the curious incident of the dog in the night-time by mark haddon. it really opened my eyes to autism and the way it has been written.. mark haddon really seems to understand children that are autistic and is able to write from that perspective. the style of the book is also somewhat new to me, since pictures are added to describe main characters words to sort of make it clearer to the reader.
i recommend this book to everyone

i'm in the middle of it and i definitely second that--the whole experience is absolutely wonderful:heart:

Yeah, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime was actually pretty cool... it was interesting to read it from the eyes of an autistic child. And then towards the end, you start to realize what is REALLY happening. It's a good read!

The Perks of Being a Wallflower was... confusing to me. Mostly the ending.

Star by Pamela Anderson.

:P ha just kidding.

Just read To Kill a Mockingbird for first time..and I must say I was so inspired. "You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view... Until you climb inside of his skin and walk around in it."-Atticus Finch.

can you give a basic preview of what ^^^ those book are about and what you learnt from them???

thanks! =)

Hum ... I loathe Paulo Coelho's "Alchemist" because its a complete rip-off of St-Exupery's "The little prince", which is one of my faves ...

Inspiring books? Charless Perrault's Short stories is amazing!
It's a collection of kid's stories .. but some of them are REALLY dark and Gustav Dore's engravings are amazing ... that book inspires to create!

Pride and Prejudice.

- I learnt to treasure the ones you have.
- You shouldn't judge someone so easily.
- and you need to open your heart to love.

i live my life by these rules. =D

Definately The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

Such an inspiring fable that should be read by all at least once!
