What's your best color?

Emerald green, and a vibrant coral always look smashing on me. Which is actually quite interesting, since I refused to wear either of those colors until six months ago.

Hey, RubyRed, I suspect we have very similar coloring ... maybe you just haven't found the right pink yet? A hot pink or anything tending that way is among my worst colors, but a pale or dusty rose or pink is my best color. It really complements all the pink in my skin.

Btw, don't you just want to scream everytime you hear someone saying that a yellow toned foundation is the answer to all the world's makeup problems, and how terrible foundation with a pink tone is?

What make up shades and clothing colors look best for your skin tone?

I have light olive skin with dark eyes and hair (similar to natalie portman or jessica biel) and I have a hard time figuring out what colors look best on me. baby blues and pinks definitely don't, and i think jewel tones and earth tones do, but i'm never quite sure.

I also don't understand the seasons thing. If you know which season you are, please describe your coloring and which colors you wear.

sounds like you are an autums- you have similar coloring to me and I am an autumn- I look best in dark earth tones like moss/olive green chocolate brown, burnt orange, dark red.

I look worst in baby pinks or blues. I look ok in some jewel-ish colors, like some burgundys/ pums/ but only if they're a little brownish true jewel colors like bright purple or emerald green or electric blue- make me look like death

i tend to think I look better in reds/pinks etc as they give me colour. If I wear whites/creams/beiges it really washes me out.

I can't decide whether i'm spring or summer... : blonde (not too light, not too dark), blue eyes, pale skin..

I would say a shy no to pale colors added to summer and spring photos... It makes pale complexion even worse if you are not careful enough... Though i wear these but always mix with stronger colors.
I like autumn colors, i wear those usually and purple, but red and blue work the best for me. Red gives a lil healthy shade to my face and blue makes my eyes glow.
