Which Countries Need Vogue?

Canadian Vogue a must

I'd love to see a Vogue Canada (for sure), Vogue South Africa (or any African country, but I imagine South Africa has the biggest fashion scene on the continent,) and a Middle Eastern Vogue would be so cool :D

I agree, I would love to also see a Vogue Canada be born. There is so much talent here in Canada, but unfortunately it just isn`t being recognized internationally. Exceptions: Coco Rocha. Elle Canada and Fashion Magazine are both sad excuses for fashion magazines. We want Vogue!!

I used to love PREVIEW & MEGA! But their covers recently are just plain BORING! Not much of FASHION for a FASHION MAGAZINE! The consecutive use of CELEBS is just eeek!

^OMG, we're completely opposite when it comes to Preview. :D i'm a Preview sucker. :D :)

Preview is the BEST fashion magazine in the Philippines IMO.
You can't compare ANY Philippine magazine to it's American counterparts, I mean, c'mon! Vogue Philippines would be great but I think it's far from possible in this time.

I'm siding with cottonmouth that Preview is the best among Mega or Metro. Mega & Metro are just so irrelevant. The articles, fashion spreads, etc. I'm a sucker for Preview too! ;)

i'm quite interesting with those Preview and Mega, could you guys in the philipine post their editorial + cover, in miscellaneous magazine asia?? thx :flower:

Definitely Czech & Slovak Republic. We have ELLE, Cosmopolitan, InStyle, Marie Claire, Harper´s Bazaar but we don´t have Vogue. This countries are economic tigers and have very good background in fashion, beauty and showbiz sphere.
 are you kidding me? i think vogue would be good as a sort of educational manual for people without taste (that would be a hard task) but again... im afraid that the result would have to go down to a huge compromise between FASHION and celebrity and luxury crap -- i dont want to even imagine it!. plus... the fashion market here is not big enough and i dont think it would have a solid base of readers... so at the moment i prefer having no vogue rather than a sh*tty vogue...

My homecountry KOSOVO needs Vogue...
Lets bring some style there :p

HK is not a country but i think HK deserves Vogue, Vogue China sucks, we need a better version

^I'm not from HK but I agree with you. The people that I know from their are all super fashion consious and I think they would have now problem getting a good circulation of the magazine. Besides doesn't China use simplified chinese.

I have to agree with you Royal-Galliano, imo if it will be Vogue Czech & Slovak it will be full of reprints or full of editorials with local 'celebrities'

of course Turkiye and I heard recently that theres a deal and Vogue is coming to Turkey. But I dont know which country's Vogue edition is the best...

^ I have bought Vogue Paris, Vogue Detsch and Vogue Australia. Out of them I think the best editorials is VP.

I think France needs Bazaar. I'm sure it'd sell well, and have good fashion content. Why don't they have it? Almost every other country does.

^ Well, I think that'd either shut Bazaar down or make Bazaar and Vogue Paris amazing magazines. I don't know.

ARGENTINA!!!
im fed up of buying Mexico's, UK's, USA's and having to read stuff about summer when here is winter lol.

First of all, as it was mentioned before, I also would like to have four Vogue editions only - US, UK, Italia and Paris.

But if we stick to the today's situation - theoretically developed countries like Canada, Netherlands or Denmark could have their own editions, but those fashion markets are just too small. Vogue US, Vogue UK, Vogue Paris... Those editions are bought not in the countries of origin only, but also outside - because people around the world speak English or French. How many people speak Danish? Just look at f.ex. Vogue Hellas and you'll understand.

And last, but not least, I would prefer Conde Nast to work on the quality of the Vogues we have up to the moment rather than investing in new ones:)
