Which were your favorite Haute Couture Spring 2011 collections?

I voted for Armani Privé, but with only a marginal difference from the second best. So many collections have been stellar, this was a really great Haute Couture week.

Out of those, best and most interesting was definitely Armani Prive.

But why didn't you include Stephane Rolland? That was the best collection of HC Spring 2011 imo.

I was most impressed with Dior, but I want to own every dress from the Elie Saab collection.

Definitely Dior!!! The collection was beautiful homage to Dior illustrations and was the perfect mix of drama and simplicity; classic and modernity!!

Givenchy for the excellent craftsmanship and beautiful work on the breathtaking detailing and Jean Paul Gaultier for bringing back the true spirit of haute couture.

Was not impressed at all this season for couture. My favorites were Valentino and Elie Saab. Valentino was yes very romantic and frilly (as usual) but did play with shapes and got experimental with necklines, especially that one pink blouse. And usually I find Elie so automatic-glam, but the pieces this collection were very beautifully detailed. Chanel had some beautiful embroidery pieces as well, but I found some of the dresses hideous. As for Dior, I was very bored.
