This is one very specific thread

But yes, I agree.. although I feel like some of these designs aren't really the same.. I just think the whole boho thing in general is taking over too much.. But it's not really "boho" its commercialized bunk!

^I ADORE that Ashely dress in post #6... still dying for it

i think the white peasant dress is a staple. it may come and go, and right now its having a big popularity peak, but its always in style in one form or another.

thats all the pics i have for now I'm sure they will be more to come:)

It's a huge trend this summer! Every high street shop has loads of boho white dresses!
I like them and I used to wear them in summer, they are very typical of the island of Ibiza paired with the traditional flat sandals, but I'm not wearing it now because I'm so tired of seeing it everywhere.

style savvy, please have a look at tFS posting guidelines and from now on , do add credits when posting pictures (like where did you find them, who's pictured there, if possiblewhich designer label they are wearing, even photographer names whenever available )

its fresh to see some 'celebrity' looks but this is not the idea behind our trendspotting topics.
if you care taking a look in other member topics, you will discover that mainly we post catwalk looks to 'explain' a trend..

please, do try to mix your celebrity pics with some related catwalk pictures,
it will make your topics much more credible and will be much more pleasant for us non-celebrity fans (yes, we exist :D) to follow your interesting topics ;)

thanks a bunch doll :flower:

on another note

*do i like this trend?
erhhh nope, no way not for me
but then.. maybe its because most pictures posted are so bad styled

*have i noticed around?
nope where i live anyway, we are white boho dress free :D

Thought I'd toss in these piccies. Except for the last one, they're by Australia designers.

I am very particular about this...

Little Star, next time you post pics please add the photo credits, and mentionning the name of the designer is also very helpful. :flower:

i resisted buying one at the thrift store today. it would have entailed some alterations and i don't think many can pull off the look.

thanks for focusing more on designer/catwalk looks than celebrity style guys, much appreciated :flower:

*members posting non-catwalk looks, please resize to smaller before posting, those huge pics make the pages loading too slow for us
much appreciated ;)
