Whitney Port

I think the problem with her fashion line was that she attempted to come out with an entire range straight away. I recall her saying her passion and skill was in creating jackets so she should've started out with a limited range of jackets and coats and diversified once she established a client base and loyalty. She was doomed to fail = not to mention the awful name for the label eeek!

I like the length of her dress and black opaque tights in #1030. I know some are crazy about her legs but for those of us who aren't, this is the way she should be dressing. I've never been a fan of them.

This is probably one of my favorite look from her this year... so simple and feminine... love the yellow shoes...:blush:

I also like that there is a theme to her charity work... it seems to involve empowering young women whether in the states or globally... kudos to her for using her 'celebrity' for a greater cause...^_^

To cap off my trip to NYC, I attended the Seventeen Body Peace breakfast. The Body Peace Project is such a wonderful movement and you could really feel the positive energy in the air. I feel so lucky to have been given the opportunity to take part.
