Who Has Started Shopping for Fall

fabulous fabulous choices, lily! i'd love those slouchy boots in black or dark brown... very nice. i've definitely started shopping for fall... if you couldn't tell by all of the black pieces i've purchased so far

I think gauchos are creeping back for fall -- any thoughts? I think they look great in pictures with slouchy boots, but I wonder if they will look ridiculous on me.

I bought a winter coat a week ago but other than that I haven't really shopped for fall/winter yet. I still want to buy lots of chunky sweaters, winter boots and gloves.

I have already started, purchased the petwer Paris-Tokyo Chanel bag, have also ordered a grey Balenciaga.

Have purchased a lot of black and grey tops, plus a beige trench.

I really want some nice ankle boots thinking about purchasing some from Eley Kisimoto which i saw, they are the perfect shape If they do them in grey i will definetly be getting them! B) Unfortuanly i just saw them in red.

Also bought another pair of uber skinny black trousers.. For fall i want a dark and slim silhuette.

It will be more added to the list i have just started..

Like someone else said, I don't really shop in seasons... I'm much more of a person that peruses through racks every weekend with nothing in particular in mind.

I Havent bought anything yet ... but in my head i know exsactly what i want .. if that makes sense. Ive been mentaly planning my winter walldrobe since about may. Ive yet to see any of them in stores lol.
In the uk non of the autumn stuff is really out yet, give it an other week i think.

we are twins.. just got an amazingly cute victorian/turn-of-the-century silk blouse with the tiniest buttons and frills (Zara) -which i wont be able to wear till September- and ordered a navy blue 'mini' messenger bag from Paris

i love shopping for fall-my favourite season!

today i bought stuff form BCBG-I love the way their clothes fit me!

2 sweaters-they look like they are wrap around-but they're not
one in black, one in purple

I wide sleeve shrug-looks great with jeans

1 pair of heather grey pants-half calf lenght, look great with black leather boots!

1 black jersey skirt!

1 also have one sort of mohair shoet sleeve grey sweater on order.

i can't wait to wear them all!!!!

I have started shopping for fall, so far have bought :-

Boots - chocolate brown mid-calf length leather boots (with pointy toe - hate rounded - sorry);

Tops - a gorgeous cashmere sweater (orange)

Coat - a sheepskin coat to keep me warm (similar to this one) -

i'm on a self imposed shopping ban until the end of January. That's when my tax bill is due for payment. I've always been a shopaholic and it's time to reign myself in.

I'm finding it quite daunting TBH (especially as I work in the industry), but I know I don't need to buy so much new stuff every season coz I work from home and spend most of my time slumming it in tracksuits.

Have definitely started shopping for Fall - bought a couple of stuff in darker or jewelled colours but still trying to reign myself in for the moment still I get my hands on a couple of bags that I have waitlisted for.

I've been looking high and low for a simple pair of black flats for fall... I found some nice velvet ones and took off the jewels that were on them. (they somehow bothered me)

i deffinetely have started, since now, the weather is already turning fall here!

i've gotten some suede slouch boots for my birthday and some tappered jeans.
when i was in nyc i got some shrug sweaters
my next move is to get a new blazer

I bought some fabric a few weeks ago. Since I pretty much always wear autumnal colors, I can't say that it's specifically seasonal shopping.

I started making a new pair of trousers for myself out of striped corduroy, and that is definitely not so much the summer-wear.

Now I actually have started buying a few specific things for fall/winter, but not so much on the fashion side, more on the cycling-kit side. I just got Sugoi Sub-Zero tights yesterday from my local bike shop. I'm probably going to get this Pearl Izumi jacket and these REI full-finger gloves, which I actually could use right now, not on account of cold, obviously, but because my index fingers tend to go numb because I have a habit of leaving them on the brake/shifter levers and the road vibrations make them go numb and weird after a while. I'll probably have to get some warmer gloves for when winter REALLY kicks in. I also need to get some wool hiking socks to wear inside my big Doc Martens, again for the foul weather wear.
