Work pants

I jsut started a new job a couple of months ago and now I'm realizing i need more comfortable work pants.

Problem is, I've looked and looked for pants that I cna run around in that fit my short frame, but I can't find anything. I used to live in Express, but the Editor pant seems to be too tight around the hips and way too long.

Any ideas?

I'm very short.. and I order pants (Christie fit) from Victoria's secret.. they have petite sizes... they fit like a glove... and aren't too long or too tight.
