That bulge is referred to as a "crack belly". Seriously. Serious Crack users tend to lose weight everywhere, and retain most water weight in the abdomen region. Glad she's (hopefully) clean, she looks much better, but unfortunately it seems her voice has lost some of it's range...

I thought Heidi Klum & Celine Dion were the best dressed.
I disliked Pam Anderson & Avril Lavigne's hair and makeup.
