Worst Makeup Mistakes!

I hate when people pluck their eyebrows so that it is barely visible and they have to DRAW on it to make it look like it exists.

I overplucked mine once. worst part is that several picture events happended during my overplucked eyebrow phase, sister's weeding, parent's anniversary, and a friend's wedding. so i still look at the pictures and cringe. they took forever to grow back (4 months) i still have to fill some of them in, and I hate it. MY LIFE HAS NEVER BEEN THE SAME AGAIN.:ninja::cry:

makeup so heavy that their sunglasses leave a dent on the bridge of their noses!

That's nothing to do with makeup... Thats to do with the shape of your face. If I wear makeup or not, sunglasses always leave a mark on my nose and on my cheek bones right under my eyes

this also happened to me - end of 6th grade year when everyone is trying to take pictures to scrapbook. except i didn't overpluck, i used hair removal as some sort of naive attempt to shape them and basically took off half of my inner eyebrows. it was horrid. i had to draw them in :(

i still have pictures, too. i looked like a chola.

When I was younger (starting high school) I did all the horrible beauty mistakes. Orange streaky tan, overplucking eyebrows in the super skinny Pamela Anderson style, and of course the silver looking lipgloss. But that was a long long time ago. I think every young girl ends up with beauty mistakes. But eventually, you learn and grown into your own style.

I really hate that overdone look - curled and teased hairsprayed hair, a full face of foundation and blush with contouring and highlighter, smokey eyes and done brows, lipliner, lipstick and lipgloss. I guess the whole beauty pagent make up. It looks so cheesy and stupid to me. and I hate colored contacts, especially blue ones on people who have dark eyes. It looks unnatural and stupid.

There are so many girls in Ireland guilty of wearing too much make-up and worst of all, orange fake tan. Streaky tan, orange palms and radioactive skintone = YUCK! :yuk:

Speaking of too much, I was watching Criminal Minds yesterday and was wondering why all the female members of the team were wearing a ton of eyeshadow? They looked like streetwalkers rather than BAU profilers! Too too much.

I hate orange fake ten especially in combination with pink lipstick

Yeah me too..
Also too much makeup is always a no no, but too much really depends on style, occation and features IMO

Brown lip liner with really pale lipstick. The absolute tackiest. Bad, just really bad.

there are a few that come to mind;

*too much heavy black eyeliner.
*unblended blush
*filling in your eyebrows too much or/then having it smudged down towards your brow bone during the day
*thickly applied clumpy dry mascara-often found flaked off onto your cheek darling :P

colored eye pencils
colored liquid eyeliner
Mac cream foundation-looked so bad on me

i know what you meant, that happens to people sometimes and its normal.

but I meant when the pressure of the sunglasses lift off their heavy makeup. and when the skin rises back...the makeup is missing from that area so it doesnt go away unless notice and they fix their makeup. kind of like how some girls look like they could scratch off the layers of their foundation because its so heavy, same idea.

I don't like when people wear bright garish colours on their eyes and then wear a garish lipstick. Yuck.
Colourful eyes are ok, and bright lipstick is ok, but not both together in my eyes. It makes pretty girls look like drag queens.

Wholeheartly agree, though so many younger women seem to do that... It looks so bad...No offense - but I noticed many american girls seem to do that. In Europe women generally seem to have more natural hairstyles (unkempt hair)...in the U.S I noticed alot of girls use curling irons or straighteners - same with make up!
I noticed many girls having thick foundation, too much blush, overdone eyes...

^ depends on who. It's stupid on a perfect nose, but when you have a bump or crookedness it can really help.
