Worst Makeup Mistakes!

omg!! it looks like when you sunbath too much with your sunglasses on

I sympathize with the girl in the last image, I kind of look like her right now. I just had an acid peel done, so my skin is very pink except on the areas where the acid didn't touch (under my eyes).

I heard a girl today say that she always uses elaborate and colorful eye makeup because she feels that it will detract attention away from her pimples. I'm not hating- I get pimples too (hence my pink face), but I feel like using a concentrated amount of makeup only on your eyes makes a face look so unbalanced. IMO, it brings more attention to her pimples because all the contrasting colors.

^ i agree. i think there is nothing wrong with focusing on the eyes but sometimes bright colors will just cause more attention(instead of distracting) to the face in general which means the pimples too.

when i have a blemish, i avoid doing too much pink or rosy colored makeup. i feel like it brings out the redness in the blemish even if its covered!

* girls who spend a ton of time in the mirror completely drawing in their eyebrows yet dont bother to trim the hairs that hang down!

My sister uses foundation in order to cover up any bad spots she has which just results in cakey and flakey coverage and makes the spots more noticeable, there's no telling that girl sometimes.
Also badly applied liquid eyeliner, I see too many women with drunk spiders on their faces..no no no no! Look in a mirror when you do it ladies.

I don't like it when someone wears wayyy too much blush. Blush can be your best friend, but it needs to be the right amount!

I also agree with the poorly applied liquid liner. I love liquid liner, but that's one reason I don't go near the stuff... I cannot apply it well.

too pale lipgloss that s almost whitish
too tanned face
dark lip liner with lipstick
shaved eyebrows that are then drawn with pencil
too much blush that goes all the way to the temple from the apple of the cheek making it one thick line

^ agreed. I have never been able to apply it successfully!

when I was about 12 or 13 I used brown lipliner and no lipstick. omg I looked so bad, but all my girlfriends at school wore it!! I´m glad I´m over that now!

OMG I always want to kill women who wear lipliner because here (Venezuela) they always use the dark colors and it looks so UGLY and this is just not the only mistake of some women here. They abuse so ****ing much of make up, for example that picture of AnnaLynne for me that's an everyday image, women and girls (mostly girls) think that look sexy and I don't know if they just makeup with no light or they're just blind to not realize of what they have done with her faces.

And SusanSuperstar I'm proud of you!

oh i forgot to mention something.
i ve seen women with foundation so light that it actually made their faces look grey and sometimes full on pink
and u can see the line going all around the face

I'm guilty at the moment of wearing too much foundation and trying to creat cheekbones with blusher that don't exsist. Woops

What else is a girl to do? I am an extreme example. My face is terribly long and thin, so even when I look better, I don't necessarily look good. I wish for cheeks every day and in vain apply blush to wear they should be. It's pretty much my biggest insecurity.

i absolutely HATE it when people with pale blue eyes wear pale blue/lilac/turquoise eyeshadow. I just think it looks so ugly and creepy! (well, whenever i've seen it done - i'm sure there are some people who can rock it!). I just prefer eyeshadows that bring out your natural eye color, rather than compete with it!

Foundation that is too dark, it makes you look like you were sun-bathing but only with your head.

shaving your eyebrows off and drawing long black lines instead of them. one of my friends did that because her 'eyebrows were too big'.... of course it's a natural solution for one to draw eyebrows that look like one has a line starting from her nose and ending to her ear:rolleyes:

My Mom wears too dark foundation but doesn't believe that.

And it's always sad to see young girls with heavy (or any) make-up.
