Yay or Nay? (November 2003 - June 2009)

I own a pair of sunglass clips for my glasses, so I'm ready for a sunny day. As for the ones in Post #12,320... I'm Nay!-ing these. It's the lens design that makes me not like these. Keep shopping around for better shades.

i think a smaller size would be a better fit for your face... those look a bit too big so i'll give them a nay as well

Now it happened again! I was looking for a certain kind of shoes - gold flat sandals - and found 2 pairs which I both like so I can't decide!!!

Looks like a very diverse "Yay or Nay?" post this time. Two sandals, a dress, and a jacket/coat. Let's do this.



Those two sandals in Post #12,328 is "Yay or Nay, and Which?" The Loeffler Randall sandals are a Nay! to me. The Beatrix Ong sandals only get a slight Nay! So if I wanted to choose between the two, I'd go with the Beatrix Ong sandals.

Up next is the colorblock dress in Post #12,330 by Velony. I'm pretty okay with this dress. I love the royal blue color the most of the three colors. I'm giving it a Yay!. I would probably give an absolute yay to this dress if it had a better colorblock style. Something a little more fluid would probably work better. But right now, that dress is a yay!

Finally, Zarina's suggested coat. That coat is a Yay!. Rather than a low-heel or flat-heel pair of sandals with those, I'm more inclined to a pair of metallic peep-toe slingback pumps or a metallic strappy pumps (metallic to be consistent with the gold colors). I wouldn't recommend either sandal from post #12,328.

My question is which of the sandals would go better with the coat. I need a pair of flats in that color - I already have golden heels.

Zarina: I love the first pair, but then I've always had a strong distaste towards cork heeled shoes so my nay to the second pair is automatic...
