Can anyone tell me about how long it takes for Yoox to process returns? (I.e., once you've already sent the thing back, how long does it take for them to acknowledge it and confirm your refund?)

about two weeks. it's a PITA, I know.

The things that are worth buying gets snapped up so quickly you have to look when they update their stock, only then can you find something..
