RIP Ibrahim Ferrer!

I heard about that one. Sorry babe.

On a different note, I like listening to Tool when working out. The newer meterial is very trancy while maintaining it's angry edge.

Sounds really obvious but if and when I do work out, I love putting on Kanye West's The New Workout Plan (how predictable is that!)

when I wanna sweat I usually listen 80's pop or a music that really makes you wanna jump and sing! Something very cheesy trash/pop!
Good ones are Kim Wilde, early Madonna, What you waiting for? by Gwen, The Fannypack. I also have songs from 80's cartoon Jem and the Holograms.
And for yoga I listen Björk, Tori Amos, but the best one is Deep Forest!

ying yang twins and/or lil jon definitely good for working out - like football music :P although i'm not much of a fan at any other time

i prefer hip hop/rap overall while working out - fast or slow doenst really matter to me

The Fight Club Soundtrack -also angry electronica like Rob Zombie. Excercising has to be an angry experience for me... I don't think I have a healthy relationship with it!!

What about music you listen to, if you can, while swimming? I don't really like ultra fast music when I swim, because I'm not that fast a swimmer. Any suggestions?

My Humps - Black Eyed Peas.....I believe thats the name, I'm not a BEP fan by any means but I do like that song for working out.
