Your exercise/training playlist!

Renaissance 'the classics' CD's...lots of 80's and 90's dance! It really helps keep the pace up. If you excercise to chilled out music...and you excercise to music with a fast beat you'll definitely notice the difference...it really drives me on.

i think this is VERY interesting....!!

I agree with you, I can so much feel the difference in running with and without music. Loud music w. a fast beat gives me a lot of energy and makes the excersise much more fun imho. And I also do have a thing for 80's and 90's dance, though I find it kind of ugly :D Also it's really good to listen to some angry rock while running; you can almost feel the aggressions disappear from your body and mind.

and thx Soft :flower:

Madonna-Confessions on a dancefloor cd....nothing gets me pumped like listening to that music

I have heaps of songs and although I'm usually an indie fan lately I've been favouring The New Workout Plan by Kanye West :D

Ministry of Sound Cds are usually great, also listening to Darude's 'Burning' gets me pumped up

Auctually-
Fight club soundtrack makes me feel like kicking some A$$.But hey it's Therapeutic for you,go for it .....COOl.

So-
Known is the fact that doing excercise with music usually looses the "Focus" when you are doing Reps.LIke situps or weights. So it's suggested to not listen to music AT ALL.

But hey I am down to sacrifise some performance for musiq. I DON'T CARE either!.......he;)

Like always I hit myself with the Tragic Love stories and ideas of fixxxing the world. IT WORKS for me.......

but there are also some great Rock songs
like:

Mando Diao "Down in the past"
Matchbox 20 "Disease"
A lot of Stuff from Franz Ferdinand and Panic! at the Disco

I also think Madonna's new album is great for exercising...
