Your exercise/training playlist!

**Music**Motivation** What do you listen to?

I've found recently that when I'm running that music really motivates me-it keeps me going. It's honestly the difference between me going one mile or going three. What songs do all of you listen to when your working out?

Or, if you're naturally perfect, what songs put you in a good mood?

contemplative mood + running= the postal service, or bright eyes
struggling and needing something upbeat + running= kanye west (get 'em high, never let me down are good ones) and various hip hop always do the trick  what do you listen to?

yeah i find hip hop like Handsome boy modeling school and ghetto popoular crap keep me movin movin'

and that song 'i like to move it move it'

i fing love that song.

Interesting... I have never heard the English word "fing" before.

May I ask what it means?

^It's a euphemism for f*cking.

I listen to stuff with a loud beat, music I could dance to, and stuff out of runway shows.

On the playlist right now:

"Fascination" by Proper Filthy Naughty, "Le Rock" and "My Friend Dario" by Vitalic, "Some Velvet Morning" by Primal Scream, "I Like the Way You Move" by Bodyrockers, "Jerk It Out" by The Caesars, "Walk Idiot Walk" by The Hives, "Midnight Show" by The Killers, "Dance with Me" by The Sounds, "Date with the Night" by Yeah Yeah Yeahs, "Daft Punk is Playing at my House" by LCD Soundsystem, and "Hardest Button to Button" by The White Stripes

I dont run but I take long fast walks when I have time..and I love to listen on Straycats..makes me wanna dance..

Merged these two threads. :flower: Felt it's suitable in the Art of Music.
