one of my favorites of all times will be Dior's J'Adore ad with Carmen Kaas.
i remember watching a segment on TV about the making of the TV ad andit was my first view into how fashion worked behind the lens. does anyone still have that making of?
details i remembered until this day:
3+ dresses were made for this ad, all basically the same but with different lengths (i guess to facilitate movement in the water)
real gold was strewn over the water in which Carmen is moving.
i striked me as the most decadent thing when i first watched this making of. ever since then, i'm hooked on watching making of's, just to get a grasp on how much work goes into the creation of a 30sec- tv ad.
