desperately looking for red Goyard bag

Hello kilala et all

I notice you have a Goyard Red Duffle Bag in your possession . Would you (or anyone else) be interested in renting out your bag for a few weeks? I am the Assistant Props Master working on an HBO pilot called "sexLife" and one of our characters needs a Goyard red bag (I don't know specific model) but we totally don't have the budget to buy one. What do you think? It would only be used a few times simply slung over her shoulder. It would help us make a great show.

Let me know if you can help.

Or....... if any one knows of where to get a knock off - please share. I know it's terrible to go for fakes, but like I said, no budget.

Well, I don't have amazing collection... I have LVs and Balenciaga... maybe a couple of coach and ungaro(not sure where they are )..maybe one very boring Fendi (wish I had never purchased it )

In my opinion, LV is VERY durable and classic, they lassssst.. Balenciaga is very chic and cool... I love them all... have not look at chanel yet...I am afraid to start a new obsession...

Houston, looks like we have similar taste and I love your B bags. I use my two LV's for travel though since they are so big. Here's my collection:

LV Cabas Alto (discontinued, it's the biggest one of all the Cabas), LV Keepall, Red Balenciag Hobo, Red Balenciaga Weekender, Pewter Balenciaga Work, Bubblegum Pink Balenciaga Work, White Marc Jacobs Stella (original one), Oak Mulberry Roxanne, Black Balenciaga Work (can you tell I love this style) and Bubblegum Pink Balenciaga Hobo.

How do all of you store your bags? I'm curious, do you keep them in their bags stuffed, or unstuffed and where do you keep them?? I keep thinking to take all of mine out of their bags, stuff them and put them on my shelves in my closet so I can always "see" them but then I worry about the dust eating away the leather....can this happen? Right now they all sit in a pile in their bags, one on top of the next (except for the roxanne which is so boxy).

I saw a picture of Nikki Hiltons closet and she had all of her bags out and stuffed and sitting in a row on the top shelf of her closet. I was surprised that her closet was rather plain, I mean it just looked like a regular closet, not a walk in at all. But then again, come to think of it this was probably her smallest closet, one of many

Well, my LV bags are stuffed and placed in their dustbags. ... my b-bags are sitting in their boxes, not stuffed.. they are all in my closet.. .. yes.. I have a closet JUST for my bags.

I did seriously consider removing my books from my bookshelf for my bags (my bookshelf has glass door, nice)..but I was afraid to push my hubby over the edge so I did not go thru with it.
