i think i like the shoes here...

i like the dress in #7 and the grey swtr in #8...

i can never wear those wide trousers that yohji does so often...
i think you need to have straight hips (as opposed to curves)
and /or you need to be a bit taller ...
i just look short and wide in those things...
i know i don't look 'fat', cause i'm not...
but it really isn't the most flattering look..imo...

what's going on in the firwst look in #5..?
are those culottes?...
those could be cool...in a different colour..
also the sweater next to it...

i think yohji's knitwear is always exceptional...
i almost always love the knits he does for Y's...
they are always better in person too, i find...

Interesting to see that you feel the same way about the knits, I always find them the best part at Y´s, the quality is exceptional and they are always distinct, be it the yarn, the colour or the cut. I especially like those pieces that are rather shapeless but very lightweight by the yarn, they have a distinct flow on the body that feels just extremely comfortable to the skin and at the same time, they look gorgeous juxtaposed with something bodyconcious underneath, like a pair of skinny jeans .

agree with what tricot has to say... I love all the yohji womens looks..he is one of my favourite and most revered designers but i must say i really dont understand "some" of his menswear concepts..(e.g. pleated wide leg trousers/boxy jackets) i think certain items can only be pulled off by those way over 186cm(esp the men) and bean-pole thin, which i would love to be like,(im 179cm/60kg). i dont dislike anything..i just cant comprehend.. sorry about being a bit off topic.. with regards to this i love Y's in general and i think this collection is.. women dressed in yojhi make me go..
