In boutiques everything looks so sexy and different, I'm telling you even the mirrors lie! The lighting is dimmed very sexy you know.. as soon as you come out the magic is gone.lol.

patent in daylight might not work. I curious to know what you girls would wear your patent bags with? I do have some fall outfits in mind, but it's summer now!!

here's the orange muse for fall.......

^^I'm all alone here I guess, but I love the Orange, i.e. biccotto <----btw what does that word mean in Italian? I'm still waiting for my Ivory Muse - but if it doesn't do it for me I may try to get the biccotto instead. Is lva taking pre-orders for this color? How hard do you think it would be to track one down?

p.s. It seems like a lot of people don't like the white patent leather with the gold hardware - is that just for the patent version? Or do people not like the gold hardware with the Ivory in general? Just wondering....

Guys, I have a question about the Orange Muse. Anyway, on Luisa Viaroma, you can order both an Orange and a Biscotto Muse. Therefore, how are they the same?

that's a pretty color. it's only subtle orange, which is very nice. glad it's not the loud, gaudy orange.

i looked it up... biscotto is a crisp Italian cookie traditionally flavored with anise and often containing almonds or filberts.

So i'm confused. I went to the luisaviaroma website to see if I could pre-order the biccotto color (which we all think is the orange one) - from the pull down menu the color choices were:

1. black
2. chocolate
3. biccotto
4. orange
5. ivory

^^Ummm so I don't get it. They're listing "biccotto" and "orange" as two different selections?

Any thoughts?

^^I'm thinking that this is the biccotto color (due to esile's description) - it looks more like crushed hazelnuts, no?

sorry for the confusion about biccotto vs taupe. when i was at the YSL trunk show i dinstinctly remembering seeing in the lookbook biccotto (not biscotto) as the orange one and then the taupe one. their pics were right next to each other. but, i will call YSL tomorrow and ask my SA (i need to call her anyway for other things) so i will sort this confusion out for everyone.

i re-call deadre who is the lady traveling with the trunk show pieces that there was another color that was kind of camel color but not quite. seems like that pic is on LVR (also below, from lvr.com). i don't know the name of this color though, but i will find out too.

Does anyone know if the orange color will be availble for fall at saks or neiman's? I'd really prefer to order the orange muse bag from them.
