for those of you interested in the ostrich muse...YSL in South Coast plaza just got them yesterday - a small/medium Chocolate ostrich muse $3450 (i think) and the large chocolate ostrich around $5K

I believe they had the brown leather muse in L in the store yesterday; I don't remember seeing the s/m except for the ostrich... Yes, I have two muse bags now. Both are L (love that I can carry on the shoulder as well as the arm). I did a bit of "exchanging" to justify the ostrich (a YSL Agnes that I bought before the holidays and a pair of shoes ordered w/o knowing size). While I liked the Agnes, I thought the ostrich was more of a long term investment. I have been interested in an ostrich for some time, but wanted a style that was interesting yet classic. Saw the muse ostrich and decided that was it. (Photos are of black leather and chocolate ostrich. Ostrich color is a bit warmer, richer than appears in photo.)

Socal..lovelllllyyyyyy...Im drooling over your ostrich muse...just one question: is the small/medium really small and can you tote it on the shouler as well?

The small/medium is pictured in white on the Saks website; it indicates the shoulder drop is 7" so it is similar to the large in that respect. Yes, to shoulder wear then (but probably tight or not with a coat).
