I haven't bought a handbag in over 18 months But I really want a muse bag. I just have to decide between black & white. I've always liked the white one, but now I'm thinking the black would be more practical.

That is exactly why I bought it. I really need a big black bag that will make me happy for awhile ... klow-chloe's pics were the final straw.

I saw that bag this weekend at Selfridges. I'm pretty sure it's calf hair. I don't know, personally I dont' like to feel like i'm currently holding a baby cow on my arm so it doesn't really do it for me but it's quite pretty. And the metallic isn't going to chip off or anything which is also nice.

If I'm not wrong, that's ponyhair? The one that's shimmery, right? I enquired about it, and I remembered it was about S$1000 more expensive than the normal ones.

I didn't get that in the end because I was told that bag is high-maintenance. Plus it can scratch clothes.

By contrast, the leopard YSE is also calf hair ... mine has held up really nicely.

HELP...my oversized oak muse's stitching is unraveling...the bottom two stitches on the back of the body of bag. I bought it from NM in the ATL in July and have probably carried it 10 times max!

I wanna chime in to say that I really enjoy watching Oprah's white MUSE ...it is very regal and makes a simple casual outfit complete..Seeing on a road trip makes me realize how versatile the bag is. From job interviews to road trips..now that is a true classic!!
