sounds great legaldiva! In my head i pronounce each letter individually like Y.S.E. but it hasn't happened into conversation since I don't really talk with those around me about bags. If i was pronouncing it as a word Yse I would probably pronounce it like EE-suh

I am pretty short (5-2") but I really like the black patent oversized muse. Does anyone here who is about my height have the oversized and if so does it look too big ? I am also afraid that oversized bags may be going out...

I am also 5'2 and have the oversized and don't find it overpowering on my frame at all. I love it but I also love that aesthetic. It depends. Who cares if they are in/out? If you don't need a big bag then don't get it! I also find it doesn't overpower my frame because I am curvier, if I was rail thin then I might have a problem I suppose.

In or out, I am getting more and more dependent on huge-mongous bags. I think it depends on whether you need it or not ... it's a little silly to get a huge bag just to carry around a lipstick, cc and cell.

It really depends on your style; if you feel like you look silly, then you'll project that and look silly. But if you wear it with confidence, it will be great!

I'm only 5ft and have the oversized, but I fall in the curvy category.

argh i'm such a lazy bum. i should take my Muse to YSL today to get it fixed and i even carried my ramona to work so that i could switch off bags but i'm too tired to go all the way into central london now. why isn't there a YSL nearer me....boo!

Did anyone also see the patchwork Muse? I passed by the YSL store and saw it. It looks like fabric though I was with a friend and she was already hungry so I didn't venture into the store.

I think you saw the tweed muse, it's gross in person. It's covered in the little YSL monogram, completely tasteless.

Anyways, I didnt get to find out because I was distracted by all the clothes! I AM NOT GOING BACK IN BECAUSE GOD KNOWS WHAT ILL BUY.

To me, it seems like the Yse shape is reserved for limited edition Muses (leopard, straw, tweed) while the regular shape is used for permanent muses, just my observation.

I pronounce (in my head) Yse like SEE.

Alright, update for all those that care (haha, just me!) - I took in my Muse to the YSL on Bond St. and they were very good about it (esp. considering i didn't have the dustbag, receipt or anything. In fact, i brought it in in a jimmy choo bag!) and they are going to call me today so can't wait to have my baby back!

Oh, that's right, now I remember.

I have a frayed thread ... I've been thinking I might just go to a fabric store and get some of that special glue-like stuff and doctor it myself. It's special stuff specifically for frayed/fraying threads.

I was out with my Muse today and noticed the clip on the side ring came out. Luckily I found the piece. Its a springy piece that looks like I'm going to have more trouble with. I wonder if I should glue it in now so it doesn't pop out again.

I loooooove the leopard muse. It looks like its whiter in your pic than in others I've seen. Am I mistaken or is it supposed to be yellow?

^The snow leopard's really more of a mixture of white, cream and black.
There's another type of leopard print though for this bag and I believe it's black and orange.

The regular leopard Muse is sold out. Im so surprised the Snow Leopard didn't go first.

Thanks klow chloe, I am sold!!! I had tried it on a while ago and the sales lady told me i should go for the large since i am small and thin but i like the oversized so much better
