i think i have amnesia. what does the black look like again? already the dark brown is so dark, i can't imagine it looking that much different than chocolate under indoor lighting?

also NM has chocolate and white, but who has black right now? is it all sold out?

What size and color did you get?

Oversize Muse in Chocolate (assuming that is the name for the dark brown). LOVE it. Perfect for travel, etc..

Bergdorf Goodman had a couple black Muse bags as of last weekend (1 large and 1 oversize) and YSL on 57th St. (NYC) has black as well.

posi, yes you can. after you take the stuffing out...and let it relax then it get malleable. Its a great bag.

I agree you definatly can. Mine gets smushed out of shape sometimes but still always returns to it's original shape. I'd recommend storing it stuffed really full though.

Just wondering.........I know the MUSE is a big bag.........but is it more purse like. Or do you think a guy could get away with carrying one...almost has a holdall/weekender bag?

I think the oversize could definatly work on a guy Brian was considering getting one. Theres also a mens square muse, but I personally preffer the original muse.

you could definitely get away with it as only a carry-on/weekender (depending how much stuff you pack, of course!). when i originally saw it irl, i automatically thought of it as a travel bag.

The NM offer is really tempting me too. I think the monogram just adds an extra special flair to an already beautiful bag. I'm thinking of the chocolate x-lg bag as I always use my Black Balenciaga bag when I want black - I think that the Chocolate could be something special.

^^I know I know - you're right - You're my main "push" right now. I was all set to order the Chocolate, then I called my friend to discuss with it with her and she kept going on about how I should get the white - how the bag looked best in white - and how white bags are so hot.

Now i'm screwed!

I need to think about this a little more. My main concern withe white is it's not as classic as the chocolate would be?

I know I should shut up about this *sorry*

it does look best in white, but white bags are also getting crazy popular and that annoys me.

the chocolate is VERY dark, so it is pretty classic.

i love both, but i would get the chocolate if you're evenly divided. it's easier to maintain and white is more a special color that if you were the type of person to get it you wouldn't even be tempted by the chocolate, ya know?

yeah, girl. how did you know i was implying that you don't have special taste? omg if you are even thinking about chocolate, then you are too mundane to even come near this spectacular bag. now that i think about it, this bag is lame too. dammit, you scared me. i tend toward a healthy level of paranoia already, but dang some people like to start fights on TFS!
