My large hasn't slouched at all in 2 months....I think it's great when a bag starts to look like *your* bag and not like a show room model...but slouch would be a strong word to describe what's happened to mine .

^^I think that's an excellent point and I agree. It's nicer when bags look broken in as opposed to fresh of the shelf!

Does anyone have any updated pics of their Muse? I've seen the stunning Muse pictures taken shortly after being purchased, but I've noticed in celebrity paparazzi photos (especially Sienna Miler) that the Muse slouches tremendously after some time.

I am kind of in a quagmire now in regards to my opinion of this bag- wasn't the initial appeal its straight, clean angles and edges? Over time, it does soften up, but does it slouch extremely?

Here is the picture of Sienna's bag I saw that looked extremely crumpled:

mine is a little bit more slouchy than when I got it but not as much as siennas. If you store it with tissue paper and stuff the extra room inside when your carrying it it'll help it not slouch as much.

same here. my black is very structured but not slouchy like sienna's bag...but a little bit

mine has been loved a lot...it's gotten slouchy
i don't really carry much so when i set it down it's like a puddle

the handles on mine have also gotten softer from using the bag so much

Now I am curious as to see the various pictures of slouchiness on your various Muse bags (as it is hanging on the shoulder)

How does the leather of the Muse feel?

Guessgirl... your Muse looks Gorgeous! My Saks preorder arrived today... the oak... yeah, expected it in September! but it's a beautiful bag. The color is a very nice rich brown, like someone posted, a bit like the chocolate with a touch of cream mixed in. Seems like it will be a very durable bag and classic.
Wish they were shipped later in the season as I've been buying toooo many bags! ;-)

Here's a funny Muse tale:
Today I was at my chiropractor - the nurse came it to get me all set up (I was in gown face down at the time) - she goes: "I know this is going to sound really weird - but your bag smells amazing". <----How funny is that?

the shape doesn't really look any different when you're carrying the bag or have it on your shoulder, it only turns into a puddle when you set it down

Mine didn't and doesn't smell either...certainly not like Mulberry bags .

I must say that my muse has kind of been upstaged by my reissue recently...sort of become almost purely,if rather beautifully,practical...

... i took two of my muse with just the usual stuff i carry in it... wallet/cosmetic bag and a few other small things... i lightened one pic so you can see the slouchiness a little better. the leather looks so shiny--there was a light almost directly shining on it from above, not by choice hahah
