You're not kidding. Last month I was in Saks on Rodeo. I inquired about the XL Red Muse coming in (I obtained ALL the info from this board )... her reply, "oh it comes in Red??" I told her about the pre-order on saks.com. Her reply, "oh.. maybe we'll get it in by September as well. Not sure."

Geeze lady... thanks for nothing.. and NO SALE for you!

^^Yeah, that's pretty much what happened to me for 2 hours today. Very upsetting. I guess I could order from YSL - but i'm not a fan of their short return policy.
I was really hoping to pre-order at Saks or Neimans, but it seems like they're not getting the Orange Muse at all.....

so, beaux the number you called thim morning was NM, not YSL in houston. it was YSL that i had called when the SA said that they should be getting the orange soon... not NM. sorry about the confusion.

^^^^OOHHHHHH okay that makes more sense now. I'm going to call YSL tomorrow - i'm sure at least that they'll know what's up with the orange muse!
Does anyone know what the return policy is from the store in Rome? 10 - 14 days is kind of short for me to make up my mind...

So Ladies (and Gent!) help me decide! I have (and adore as you already know) my XL Chocolate Muse. But apparently i'm greedy and one just isn't enough for me - I need another XL Muse!
I have a Ivory that is currently backordered - but i've also fallen (hard) for the Orange Muse.
If you were me which one would you choose and why?

The orange reminds me of some of the early paddingtons,where the cognac/tan went "wrong"...

Okay - I preordered that sucker! Which means I will get one. They said the Orange was Fall (not pre-fall) and should arrive around September. At least this way I can check it out in real life. Does anyone know if YSL merch arrives on time, early, or late?

I guess I can judge the Ivory on its own. I really should send it back though if I end up liking and keeping the Orange. (I wish it had a better name than "orange" - giggle.)

I ordered from the Houston boutique - but couldn't get Michael - the woman I got was very nice though!

the white was really popular, i don't see why ysl wouldn't continue producing it. they are doing white patent for fall after all.

Dumb question but is the ivory fall color(on pre-order at LVR) the same as the white patent?

I want an ivory/white muse but don't want it patent.
