the black patent is GORGEOUS...it's definitely nothing like my normal black muse AT ALL...you can TELL this is patent!!! STUNNING. the black muse in the catalogue must've been the plain black buffalo because it looked nothing like this.

The bag in the catalogue is DEFINETLY PATENT, it says so in the description, and anyone that has the catalougue would see that it's patent.

i stopped in neiman marcus last night to see if they had any anthracite chloe's, and they had a black patent large muse...
it's so gorgeous in person...not crinkly at all...
only $1095 (i thought they were going to be more expensive)...
now i can't wait to see the chocolate patent!!

well I just answered the door and the black patent muse I got on the list for just showed up. No calls. not nothing. I am mad at YSL bc they know i like calls but at least you guys get to see it.

guccigal07 - Did you try checking the inside pocket of the bag for the receipt? YSL did the same thing to me and I was annoyed as well, but I did finally locate the receipt in the pocket at least.

Your pic of the black patent is actually stunning BTW, but obviously don't keep it if you no longer want it. How long would it take them to make a call anyway? It's really a pain to have things just show up like that.

well YSl is shiping like crazy. was orange a fall or prefall color. the patent, oak and red are prefall.

the receipt wasn't in the pocket. I check that first so they faxed it to me.

it is just weathered and wrinkled and aged enough...
very chic and yet rock n roll a thte same time...

i am almost tempted...
but i need a bag that i can put over my shoulder or carry low...
if only the straps were longer or adjustable...
then it would be PERFECT...

^you would totally be able to put it on your shoulder, I've seen pictures of you and you're much skinnier than me and I have 0 problem wearing the oversized muse on my shoulder.
