I agree, who cares what people think, if you like a large bag then wear it. I think large bags look good on everyone, no matter what their size. If you like to carry lots of things around then you need a large bag. I have a med muse that I use almost daily. If I had the oversize, I'd probably just use it for traveling. Only because I don't need as big of a bag for daily use.

BTW - Klow - what kind of camera do you have? Your photos always look great.

That's what exactly I think. The only people who care are the ones who couldn't pull the bag off themself.

The camera is an old Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-F717 Digital Camera.

The Muse is so chick! It wasn't even the focus of this article. The woman just owned one:

cool look ;) so chic, simple & french...love the compination of the heels with the muse... i guess that is the new metalic calfskin muse ...it is quite pricy...

this is pretty late but klow, your outfits shine so much more than the bag! you look so cool and stylish as always! i love the blue jacket especially

is the brown ostrich still available anywhere? i was hoping i would be 'over' it by now.. but.. about half a year later i'm still lusting for it.. :ninja:

if anyone is interested, urban outfitters just started making muse lookalike bags at 58 dollars each

do they make the muse patent in large? if so, are they $1095 because shirise had e-mail me the price and i thought that the oversize ones were $1095..

does anyone know the price of the suede muse for men? theyre on the ysl website and im pretty much in love with the chocolate, anyone know if saks or the like would be carrying them yet?

chocolate patent muse...pic from bagborrowandsteal.com...
i believe this is the large size...

i ordered this and will have to see it on me to determine if it's right for everyday use...
i am pretty small (5'5", slim built)...
i generally don't carry oversized bags everyday...i do think they look a bit ridiculous imo...
you get dwarfed by the bag...

^the chocolate patent is beautiful!.....at 5'5 i don't think the large would overwhelm you.

Kimair - You'll definitely be fine with the large. I'm 5' and I wear the large, which honestly does not overwhelm me.

I finally got to see the Muse in person--my local Neiman's doesn't carry YSL, but they got an oversize chocolate (probably from a return), so I got to test out the size. It's not as overpowering as I thought it might be! I still couldn't decide if I'd rather have the large, but I couldn't get the bag out of my head afterwards and ordered the oversize black patent from Saks as soon as I got home. I do think it looks the best in the oversize--here's to hoping I don't change my mind and decide its too big when it gets here.

drusilla - Congratulation:clap: The oversized black patent is absolutely gorgeous:wub: I'm sure you would love it. Please post pics when you get it.

I tried the large one on as well before I purchase the oversized. I must say I love the oversized much more as well.

^I know, I'm really wanting a patent muse now too, I wish there were an actual bordeaux one, since I have a regular chocolate the patent brown/burgundy would be too similar...

guess - get rid of your white one and get the oversized black patent one:innocent:  Now that the summer almost finish it's time to get a new bag for fall :)
