The new blue is gorgeous,very similar to the Balenciaga Blue-Grey from a few seasons ago. I'm still sitting on the fence on either a XL black muse or a XL black downtown....yes i'm boring but I want a safe easy to wear bag. I actually prefer the Muse but I've read that the stitching comes off over time and this is turning me off.

Hello, I was wondering what everybody thinks about the smaller YSL Muse?

Also I seem to remember I saw a YSL Muse in snakeskin (or similar) leather? Could this be possible or were my eyes tricking me? I think I will have to go to the boutique and take a photo.

My mom has lost the padlock on her Muse, does anyone know if theres a possibillity she can buy a new one?Is that something the store would have to order, or could one go there with the recepit and buy a new one?

I had the medium muse for about two years (maybe 3...)


and I just bought the large muse in this color, see pic (from www.ysl.com)
it was on summer sale 40% off.. so that's $779.00


now i want a black patent oversized!


i just can't get enough of Muse!

Theres such a difference between how helpfull det stores are! It's terrible. I tried buying a new padlock at the NYC store - and they were not helpfull at all. Saks had only a brown one, after telling me to come back they day before - because the sa promised me they had a black one. I got such a rude comment from a male sa there, he told me to watch better out for my stuff.

The Paris store however, was so helpfull, and could ship one to Norway for free. Amazing.

^^ Thank you Glamourbebe! Early one morning I was checking out bluefly and there it was..... got it just before the sales happened otherwise I would have looked for one then. It's the large, wouldn't have minded an oversize one but this is the size that turned up.
It's a beautiful, very neutral shade & the YSL patent is really super tough, though it looks delicate. I'm very pleased with with my bag... hope you are too!!
