vogue 28, thanks.the tribute toos came in yellow soles and blue soles depending on the market. ysl got the booties with blue soles, not yellow. department stores got booties with yellow soles, not blue.
i have only seen maryjanes with yellos soles irl. although, runway and magazines id shoe blue soles. i thik blue soles had a black satin or balck suede upper, not black patent...this is from pix only.

hanni, i like that skirt and love those ysl booties. not everyone can pull them off.

those boots are pretty cool too. I talked with the YSL SA today, and he said the boots have a blue turquoise/blue bottom sole?

I am PRAYING that I can snag a pair and that the size 36 fit me!

ysl stores did order booties with blue soles. blue is more powder blue than turq imo.
us dept stores ordered booties with yellow soles. i like the yellow soles.

fit of booties is more difficult than maryjanes.

Chauss!!!

guess what?!! The shoe gods have smiled down on me today! the size 36 at the YSL store fit me! I now have the gorgeous patent platform trib 2 as well! Thank you to Chauss and everyone for all the help.

I am SO THANKFUL that I managed to get a pair before they sold out completely!

If anyone else is a 38 or 40, i think those are the only two sizes left at the Houston YSL store.

I just got 2 pairs of Tribs at the NM Christmas sale! Each was under $500.

The Tribute is one of my absolute favourite designs, especially the platform sandal. Over the last year or so I've bought the sandal in metallic gold (a bit pretentious I suppose, but it looks great with a black dress), in purple with piped gold and I have got the pumps in patent black - never used to like that style, now I *love* them.

The Tribute Toos are also amazing. chauss; you look amazing in them! Not sure where I'd get that style in the UK though - if anyone knows I'm all ears. Preferably I'd love them with the blue or yellow soles, not sure where to start really.

I love my tributes! And I totally agree IWantToBeChloe, I am always surprised that I can last as long as I can with some heavy-duty walking! I've been eyeing the new black tributes, pumps or booties... not sure which to get yet. Is the sizing the same as the sling tributes?
