I actually think she could be the love child of Jada Pinkett Smith and Thandie Newton. Jada's face and Thandie's everything else lol(weren't they both ballerinas?)

Even though I no longer read the magazine regularly, I'm excited that she's on the cover of ESSENCE. I was hoping she'd be. The editorial will probably be pretty glamorous.

Sorry, I posted her hairdo from the Oscars. Here's her makeup:

Here's the scoop on Zoe's makeup from Nars makeup artist Vera Steimberg: "The look is balanced with heavy eyes, soft lips, and a lot of shimmer. I used the purple side of NARS Brousse Duo Eyeshadow and blended with NARS Zardoz Cream Eyeshadow in the crease for a deep-set look. I used the NARS Nuits Blanches Eyeliner Stylo to line the top and bottom lash lines. The most important part of the eyes was the line drawn up to bring the eyes upward. Zoe has almond-shaped eyes so she wanted to create the effect of her eyes moving up and I did this with the Eyeliner Stylo. For the cheeks, I contoured with NARS Lamu Multiple (available April 15th) to add depth and then added NARS Enchanted Cream Blush (also available April 15th) to the apples to highlight. For an overall shimmering effect, I blended NARS Orgasm Illuminator on cheeks, forehead and nose. On the lips, to keep them from overpowering the rest of the look, I went with neutral-toned hues. NARS Love Devotion (also available April 15th) was used as a base to brighten the lips and then NARS Ophelia Lip Gloss was layered over it to give a glossing, polished, finish."

I didn't really like either of her Oscar dresses, but I appreciate that she didn't choose something safe. I felt like a lot of the dresses at the Oscars were really boring.

I thought she looked fantastic in both. I was so happy to see her looking good as I was very excited to see her and Diane Kruger and I felt disappointed by Diane, but I loved Zoe's look. The purple went so perfectly with her skin tone and it was attention grabbing, plus all that leg!

The after party dress is just perfection. Perfect for her body type.
