Maggie Gyllenhaal wore a similar dress a few years back (Fergie's). I knew it was Gaultier as he loves to recycle dresses.

I have to say, I was ready to hate it, but the detailing is beautiful. I was wish she had worn something classier underneath. Oh, and awful makeup.
