Hilary Swank as well, and Clint Eastwood. Both of whom I don't actually hate and who seem decently intelligent, and produced some good work, but really, I am just getting so beyond sick of them. Honestly- if I hear her proclaiming that man's alleged brilliance one more time, I think I'll try socking her myself.

I loved Maggie Gyllenhaal, Penelope Cruz, Kirsten Dunst, Vanessa Paradis and Cate Blanchett.

The only problem I have with Natalie's dress (as well as most of the other clothing she chooses) is that she already has a boyish figure...very boxy and straight, and she chooses these dresses that just...hang. I would think to choose maybe something a little more feminine, that emphasized my curves. But I do like her dress, and I loved her GG dress, despite this.

its not from a couture runway show, but from the actual design house. which is why its absolutely killing me that I can't find the f***ing photo.

Yeah. Hilary is definately one of the big name celebrities who is still very well grounded. You can tell she's normal. She still acts like how any of us would act if we were told we would be an actress tomarrow. She's lovely.

i thought her speech was so irritating...thank a few people and then leave...its irritating and selfish to stay up there for that long, be sincere and humbly accept your awards, dont list off people -- including your lawyers -- and accept everyone to listen....thank everyone personally after the show...morgan freeman and cate blanchett gave the best speeches

I like Hillary ... every opinion I've ever read of her has been that she is the most down-to-earth actress alive and that extended through her speech tonight. I'm glad she won, Million Dollar Baby was a good movie, and she is always so great at playing all this unconventional characters - perhaps because it is befitting of her real character.
