They're TV personalities, they interview the celebs as they walk down the red carpet. They're always the first to arrive, unless you count the paps. lol

Something also could be added, tv hosts usually try to remain simple and comfortable since they'll be standing for hours interviewing all the nominees; hence why they usually all look the same every year.

I hope we see a lot of risks this year at the Oscars. The past few years have been plagued with ultra-safe gowns.
